How does the 3D body scan actually work?
Our iOS app will guide you through a quick, two minute process. Simply prop your phone on a table, stand in an open area, and rotate around in 360 degrees. Our computer vision algorithm then extracts over 100 precise measurements to build a 3D avatar. Remember to wear tight clothing (top and bottom) and tie up your hair!
Are my scanning photos private? Who sees them?
Your privacy is our highest priority. Our computer vision algorithm turns the video taken on your phone into a stylized 3D avatar. No one ever sees the video, and it is deleted right after the avatar is created. Only you can see your avatar on your account; even we can't see it!
Do I need to scan myself every time I order?
Nope, just once is all it takes! The measurements from your 3D avatar will be used for any clothes you purchase in the future, so that you don't ever have to worry about sizing again. However, if you wish to get a new scan, you can always do so for free. In general, we would only recommend re-scanning if you feel your body shape has significantly changed.
How long does it take to make and ship my tailored clothes?
About 2-3 weeks from purchase to doorstep. Unlike fast-fashion brands that stack pre-made clothes in massive warehouses, your garments do not exist until you order them. Each piece is individually drafted and hand-sewn for you. Good things take a little time, but we promise a fit that is entirely your own is worth the wait!
What if my custom yoga pants don't fit perfectly?
We offer a 100% Perfect Fit Guarantee. If the clothes you receive aren't the best fitting clothes you've ever worn, let us know within 30 days of receiving them. You can either get a refund, or we will work with you to correct your measurements and send you a free replacement!
Can I buy other kinds of tailored clothing?
We are starting with the perfect pair of yoga pants, but this is just the beginning. We're actively developing a lot more styles in different categories — from basics to workwear and more — so stay tuned for new drops!
